‘We organized a press-tour to present the first results of the work to the journalists after the Czech company Sweetondale had purchased the ‘TECHNO Plant’ Ltd, the leading enterprise for the production of thermal insulation materials in Ukraine. It was the first meeting of representatives of Ukrainian media with a foreign investor’.

On July 4, a press-tour took place at the ‘TECHNO Plant’ Ltd (Cherkasy), during which journalists got acquainted with the full cycle of production of heat-insulating materials.

The visit was preceded by a press-conference at which Sweetondale CEO Tyhomyr Lilovych and General Director of ‘Techno Plant’ Ltd presented the results of the first 6 months of the year, told about plans to expand the markets of presence, and prospects for the company's development.

Journalists visited production workshops and laboratories, where they made sure in high standards of product quality.

Sweetondale

Sweetondale was founded in 2012 by Gary Alan Stern. The official deal on the purchase of the plants in Ukraine was closed on February 16, 2018. Since then, the company has included three plants for the production of roofing and thermal insulation materials: the plant for the production of mineral insulation in Cherkasy, the plant for the production of polymer insulation (extruded polystyrene) in Kamyanske, the plant for the production of bitumen-polymer roll materials in Kamyanske.
