The main activities of Ukrnaftabareniya are production of natural gas, gas condensate, and oil.

Since 2010, it has been developing the Sakhalin oil and gas condensate field (Krasnokutsky district, Kharkiv region).

PJSC MC Ukrnaftoburinnya is one of the largest private gas producing companies in Ukraine. The company operates twenty-two gas condensate and oil and gas wells. As part of the joint operation agreements, it additionally operates ten gas condensate wells. In 2016, Ukrnaftoburinnya produced 259 million m3 of gas and twenty-nine kilotons of oil and condensate.
