Organisation and PR support of the ‘Education of the New Ukraine’

On May 2025, the conference “Education of the New Ukraine” was held in Kyiv to present the results of key educational transformations and the next steps towards the greatest ever renovation of the educational infrastructure. The event was organised by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine under the patronage of the Office of the President of Ukraine.

As part of the memorandum of cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science, MAINSTREAM joined the event organisation and PR support of the event.

The event brought together more than 700 participants and became a platform for dialogue between those who are making changes today: representatives of the government, the educational community, business, youth, and opinion leaders.

Among the top speakers: Denys Shmyhal, Prime Minister of Ukraine; Ruslan Stefanchuk, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine; Mykhailo Fedorov, Vice Prime Minister for Innovation, Education, Science and Development - Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine; Oksen Lisovyi, Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine; Olena Kovalska, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, and others.

The Conference was focused on the issues of security and renewal of educational infrastructure in Ukraine, modern teaching and competitiveness of Ukrainian education in the world, as well as the importance of synchronising the actions of the state and business, the development of vocational education and post-war recovery.

MAINSTREAM's event team implemented a full cycle of event organisation: from developing the concept, format and visual style to creating the programme, interactive activities and gifts for guests.

The event was large-scale not only in terms of content but also in terms of preparation: full branding of the location, photo zones for participants, thematic activities and a press room for media representatives. The event was streamed online with simultaneous translation and sign language interpretation, which ensured accessibility for a wider audience.

Special attention was paid to safety - the event could continue even during the air raid with everything necessary for the guests' comfortable stay.

As part of the PR support, the team of the Strategic Department created a message box and key points for panel moderators, developed a content plan for the event's information support, and prepared and distributed PR materials, such as press releases, columns by top speakers, etc. In addition, we organised media coordination at the conference.MAINSTREAM_Освіта нової України
