In her speech, she shared exact recommendations on how to begin work of a press office, how a crisis-management plan should look like, in what cases it is necessary to involve PR-agency, and many others. The audience, mostly newcomers to PR, found useful her practical suggestions and interesting stories from her many years’ work experience.

Marina Yermakova:

„I have been speaking at seminars, organized by ‘Novomedia’ Association, several times already and I can tell that there are always many listeners at these seminars. Participants are active, interested and well disposed. It is always a pleasure to work with such audience and there is always a strong desire to share knowledge and experience with them.“ In the end of the event, the seminar participants and the president of ‘Novomedia’ Association Ruslan Kukharchuk thanked Marina for participation in the seminar.
