Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov, who attended the event, noted in his turn, ‘I’m very glad and proud that we are launching this modern production line, with the most up-to-date and advanced technical solutions. It’s a good occasion for the government to think what has to be done for development of similar projects and enterprises.’ After a short briefing, Prime Minister of Ukraine awarded employees of the plant with certificates of honor for major contribution to development of pharmaceutical industry.
The project objective is to create a full-scale production of injectable drugs in cartridges, vials and syringes of different sizes, applying methods of antiseptic manufacturing. The new shop will produce over 40 pharmaceutical products of different pharmaceutical groups, including a new for the enterprise direction — biotechnological drugs.
Farmak acquired pharmaceutical equipment of the leading international manufactures, like Bosch, SBM, Pharmatec, BWT, Tecninox and others, to equip its production sites. Today Farmak has positive results of such activity: the enterprise was certified by European inspections in line with European GMP standards.
The event was covered by 10 TV-channels, 4 news agencies and 27 internet and print media.
