On November 22, Mainstream together with radio Aristocrats organized celebration of Thanksgiving Day for the Grant’s Scotch whisky brand in Kyiv nightclub Atlas, which stands every chance to become the annual tradition. The event was a part of the new #IOU (I owe you) campaign of Grant’s positioning.

The concept of “gratitude” manifested itself best in the ceremony of awarding the most successful startups of Ukraine. Voting for startups lasted within a month on website of radio Aristocrats and on online portal of the Novoye Vremya magazine. Winners of the competition – young Ukrainian businessmen – had an opportunity to thank all those whom they owed their successes.

By results of voting, the best startup of the year is “Petr i Mazepa” information platform. Dmitrii Krivoshei, regional director of William Grant & Sons company in Ukraine and the CIS, congratulated the editor-in-chief of the resource, having presented him a huge bottle of Grant’s whisky as well as 50 thousand UAH certificate for free advertising on radio Aristocrats.

“This is the great honor for us to present this award to the best startup of Ukraine, in fact Grant’s is working for such guys: young, bold, promising, grateful to those who believed in them,” noted Dmitrii Krivoshei.

The prizewinner in category “Useful Startup”, according to the online-cinema MEGOGO.NET, is “Eat Easy” service of balanced food delivery. The Novoye Vremya magazine presented the award to “Prometheus” – public project of mass online courses. Winners received free advertising in the abovementioned resources and annual subscription to publications.

Special prizes from the event MCs Yaroslav Lodygin, Valeriia Chachibai and Danyla Khomutovskyi received “MIRABELLA POSTCARDS” studio of greeting cards and “DRY BAR” hairdressing and makeup express service. In addition to the abovementioned prizes, all winners of the competition got statuettes created specially for Grant’s by Mainstream agency, symbolizing that their startups distinguished themselves with unconventional approach (were “outside the box”).

Besides, at the event was presented a short film #IOU, directed and shot for the Grant’s campaign by Yann Demange.

Among the feast guests were Jamala, Sophie Villy, Lubov Makarenko, Masha Tsukanova, Katro Zauber, Oleh Paniuta and other celebrities.

Musical headliner of the evening was singer Rozhden Anusi.
